Track & Trace

From your gate to final fate.

Less paperwork. Connected movements. Evidence ready when you need it.

Less friction. More confidence.

Your waste has moved. Why is your team still chasing the paperwork?

A missing docket, an overdue handoff or a receiving record nobody can find can turn a routine movement into hours of work. Track & Trace is being built to keep the waste, the people and the evidence connected, with exceptions visible while there is still time to act.

  • Less reconciliation across spreadsheets
  • Earlier visibility of gaps and exceptions
  • Evidence assembled as the work happens

Clarity at every stage

Plan with the requirements built in

Start with the waste classification, intended destination and relevant checks. Guide the team through what needs to happen before dispatch, so compliance is part of the job rather than a separate exercise.

Capture it once. Keep it together.

Link scans, signatures, dockets and receipts to the same movement record. Give teams a shared trail of documents instead of another spreadsheet to reconcile or an inbox to search.

See the movement. Spot the exception.

Follow status and custody across sites, carriers and facilities. See outstanding handoffs and missing evidence, so your team knows where to focus before a small gap becomes a bigger problem.

Be ready to show the evidence

Build the audit trail as work happens. Bring reporting, contractor assurance and final-fate records together so responding to a client, auditor or regulator takes less reconstruction.

A little more clarity

Your questions,
answered.

Who are you looking for as a pilot partner?

Organisations with a clear waste workflow to improve, an engaged operational team and a willingness to test it with us. We are selecting foundation partners based on the fit of the problem, practical scope and commitment on both sides.

Is Track & Trace available off the shelf?

Not yet. A comprehensive working prototype informs the product, and we are discussing selected pilot opportunities. Production scope, delivery, support and commercial arrangements are agreed before a pilot starts.

Will drivers need another app?

The field workflow is designed around scan-and-sign handoffs without requiring a separate driver app. Device, connectivity and contractor requirements will be tested as part of each pilot.

Does it replace our existing systems?

The first step is to understand your current process and choose a focused workflow. Exports can help connect the evidence to other systems; any specific integration is assessed and scoped rather than assumed.

Does tracking mean continuous GPS?

Movement status and custody records are central to the product. Location data depends on the devices, permissions and integrations in the agreed workflow; continuous live GPS is not assumed for every load.

What happens after we get in touch?

We review the operation and the problem you want to solve. Where there is a good fit, we explore the prototype together and define a bounded pilot, success measures and commercial terms. An enquiry does not commit either side to a pilot.

Let’s take the next step

Help shape the next standard for waste operations.

We’re selecting foundation pilot partners with a clear operational challenge and the commitment to work through it with us. Tell us where admin, fragmented records or missing visibility are holding your team back.

  • A focused workflow with measurable outcomes.
  • A working prototype to explore together.
  • Mutual fit, agreed scope and clear commitments.
